Why was my payment not accepted?
If your credit card is declined during registration please check to make sure you are supplying the correct credit card number and billing address. If you continue to be declined you will need to contact your issuing bank to see why the credit card is not authorized to be used.
If your credit card is not accepted when updating your payment information in "user settings" either the credit card number supplied was not recognized as being valid or the credit card was not authorized to be used by the issuing bank. Please contact billing by email or phone for further assistance.
